Keeping Fit

Everyone should work out a a minimum of 4 times a week - even fast walking around town can be classed as a "work out" , as well as conditioning your muscles - including importantly your heart , it helps you burn off calories , improves your lung capacity , improves your immune system so you will get less coughs and colds - and can help stave off chronic conditions like Diabetes

If you are a cabbage potato and are reading this website sat in a chair all day then that is BAD!!! Sorry to state the obvious - but we all do it - the trick is NOT to do it all the time - the occasional day pottering around is fine - but keep active - at least for half an hour a day - So if this applies to you - go and have a walk round the block!
